I Had an Excellent Experience

First of all, I’d like to say that my experience with this doctor was excellent. When I arrived at the hospital for my blood tests, the doctor’s assistant welcomed me, helped with translation, and guided me through the entire process.

On the day of the surgery, I received a comfortable room and excellent care. For example, before the procedure, I asked the assistant to text my sister after the operation because I wasn’t sure when I would be able to contact my family. He did exactly that — he messaged her before the surgery began and again right after it ended to let her know that everything went perfectly.

After the surgery, I felt surprisingly well — I didn’t even feel like I had just had an operation. When I was discharged the next day, the medications were brought directly to my room, so I didn’t have to go to the pharmacy myself, which was very convenient.

During the following week, they texted me every day to check how I was feeling. I also want to mention that the assistant always replied to my messages within 10 minutes.
