I had a septorhinoplasty and turbinoplasty performed by Dr.Esmail at the end of August and I am so pleased with my results! The first time I met with Dr.Esmail he confirmed I had a deviated septum. He took time to explain the procedure required to fix my septum, how it would be performed and what recovery would look like. He answered my numerous questions and did not make me feel rushed in the least. I immediately booked in with him for a surgery date, feeling well informed and completely confident in his abilities. I knew I would be in the best hands.
His office assistant, Kassi, was also a great resource through the time leading up to surgery and post-surgery. Kassi was always quick to return any of my voice messages/emails and was always more than happy to answer any questions I had. She is very professional and friendly and provides great support in such a busy office.

Dr. Esmail is so skilled with his techniques during surgery that I had minimal bruising/swelling, I did not require any pain medication post-op and recovery was so much easier than I had anticipated. I credit the ease of my recovery to his skilled techniques during the surgery.
