Bad results - my nose is crooked and even more droopy now

I needed nasal valve repair and wanted my droopy tip raised. My nose is crooked and even more droopy now. There's a large bump on the side and then a flat triangular area next to it which is very visible in person and pictures. Pero also reduced my turbinates. I have extreme dryness and can't breath well out of my nose now. He is not a skilled surgeon. Avoid any surgery with him, including sinus surgery. My turbinates were reduced too much. I made a terrbile choice in doctors.
