I been insecure about my nose for over 10 years, but from my very first consultation with Mr Karoo I instantly felt reassured. He was kind, honest, professional and genuinely understood how I felt, which gave me complete confidence that he was the right surgeon for me.

He had a clear vision, understood exactly what I wanted, and took the time to meet with me again two weeks before the operation to answer any questions and discuss everything in detail.

On the day of my surgery, I naturally felt a little anxious, but seeing him again immediately put me at ease. The whole experience was smooth and I felt well cared for throughout.

Now, 6 weeks post-op, I am absolutely delighted with the results. My nose has healed beautifully and already looks fantastic. The care and support I’ve received from Mr Karoo and his team has truly been second to none.
