WORTH IT$15,000
I just had my first rhinoplasty with Dr. Reish 2 days ago and so far so good! My coordinator Melissa, director of nursing Amy, Lianna the coolest light hearted nurse ever to nurse Angelica who was an ANGEL during my recovery thank you thank you thank you!! She made sure I was 100% before discharging me and I am forever grateful. Dr. Friedman my anesthesiologist was awesome and OBV Dr. Reish for his expertise, attention to detail and leading such a wonderful team! They made me laugh the whole way in until I went under, easing all my anxiety and I cannot wait to see how I look in the months to come! I'll update as I heal.. thank you everyone! As a nurse myself I appreciate the care I received x100! Keep up the good work !

Day 2 after splint removal
Boston102September 2, 2020
I visited Dr. Reish yesterday afternoon to remove my nose splint & stitches and I could cry I’m so happy. He reassured me what I see is a lot of swelling prior to looking in the mirror for the first time and even with my (above average) swelling I was still so grateful. I slept a little more elevated last night and when I woke up this morning I swear it already changed so much already. He texted me later last night to check in and answered all the questions I forgot to ask, and even at 7am this morning answered me immediately regarding just a minor general question. I’m beyond satisfied I chose him as my surgeon.
Id like to add that my mom was so against me having this surgery. She couldn’t understand why I would ever go to such great lengths to change my “perfect face” and was VERY upset with me. She told me I was delusional and doesn’t care how great he is. Today, just one day after my splint removal I sent her pictures and she is in disbelief that she actually loved what she saw (and yes she knows I’m still swollen).
I’m actually so happy I waited this long to do this because if I hadn’t I probably would not have had the time to research as extensively as I have the past 10 years and found Dr. Reish. He listened to my concerns, gave me his recommendation, and we discussed exactly what the outcome would be. He actually listened to me and respected what I said by giving me the perfect subtle changes at every angle. I 100% look like myself except just better. Like on my best day and the best picture that I always wished I looked like 24/7.
This is exactly what I wanted and I’m beyond grateful I chose Dr. Reish. He is so kind and consistently talented it’s truly unbelievable. Look thru his reviews, pictures on his site, Instagram, and profiles of the patients he was able to post and you will see for yourself he will be the best decision you’ll ever make in your life.

15 days post-op with pictures
Boston102September 10, 2020
So it’s been 15 days post op and every single day I notice a little change. Even from yesterday my tip has noticeably reduced. I’m watching my sodium intake because obviously salt makes you bloated aka swell but even after Labor Day weekend it’s still getting smaller!
I’m only 15 days post op which is NOTHING and am shocked by my results thus far. I do need to go back in 5 weeks for steroid shots as I was extremely extremely swollen (I swell very easily my entire life it’s so annoying). But I might have to send pics to Dr. Reish around 4 weeks to see if it’s even necessary due to how well ( I believe) I’m healing. I’m using the scar cream he recommended every day 3x a day on clean dry skin and every day it’s getting better. I noticed today a colleague of mine was talking to me on my “bad side” (which before surgery I would never be caught dead facing) and telling me how good my nose looked. I didn’t feel self conscious at all it just made me so happy. I don’t have a bad side anymore!
I was going to post the quarter angle shots but felt as though you could totally identify me so I refrained. But trust me I had a big crooked nose that looked way bigger on my bad side. I have a lot more healing to do and it will take a while for my thick skin on the tip of my nose to form over his masterpiece so I just can’t wait for the months to come. I hope these pictures help, I know during my journey the more pictures I saw of real people the better.

There's hardly any way I could post from the front without being identifiable! My nose is straight now though. And I can breathe so much better!!! You're going to love it.

No worries, I totally get it!! Thanks for responding! I'm so excited :-)

I recently parted my hair down the middle in a tight low bun which I never have done bc I felt it made my nose look even more crooked. It's a great feeling. I still look like me too which is the crazy part. That's what I asked for. He listens to you and works his magic!

Isn't that awesome?! This would be a revision rhino/septoplasty for me that I originally had 14 years ago. Dr R was amazing in our virtual consult and pointed out what he thought he could do to improve my nose. I truly can't wait!!!
