Here’s my 6 weeks post-op photos. I gave up on trying to hide my identity, too much work. Since quarantining, haven’t made much effort to dress myself up often so feeling extra amazing seeing my new nose nowadays. The swelling is still a day-by-day case, typically only in the morning and goes away once I get up and start moving. Only taking Tylenol for swelling once in a while. Needless to say, every day I fall more and more in love with the work Dr Reish he’s done.

Thank you! If you're thinking about going to Dr. Reish, I would say don't hesitate. He is so kind and so very talented. He is worth every penny.

Thank you! Strange my comment didn’t post .. did you ask for a specific look or things to be done or did he tell you what you think you need? How was your consult?
April 20, 2020
That's ok! The consultation was great and was very much a two way conversation which I really respected. Dr. Reish let me speak my unscientific gibberish of my aesthetic woes and politely responded in a way I felt he was truly listening to me. I actually went in looking for rhinoplasty and a chin implant (I had a few other professionals recommend shaving down one side of my chin for symmetry and possible implant for profile enhancement) but Dr. Reish insisted I did not need the chin procedure and said he can certainly work with my nose. I told him I didn't like when my nose drooped when I'd smile and that I wanted an overall smaller nose to fit my small face. He said would shave down the ridge (I don't know the professional terms, sorry!), make the bridge more narrow and bring the tip up so it wouldn't droop. Honestly, looking at his work on other rhinoplasty patients, he does an absolute INCREDIBLE job at fitting a nose to the individual face instead of a copy/paste of the same one on every patient. He's an artist in my opinion and I felt very confident I'd walk away with results that felt like a better version of myself, not trying to be someone else! :)

Thanky you for responding.. That's the KEY.. he doesn't seem to do cookie cutter noses and tries to match the nose to the specific person'a face. I am so happy you are happy and LOVE your results. Looks so natural and beautiful.

I'm getting a rhinoplasty done by him soon and your nose shape is ideally what I want to go towards. I know he caters them to each face individually but I want something like this shape with the slope. What did you tell him you wanted to achieve this look? I'm not sure how to describe what I want!
April 26, 2020
You're so kind, thank you so much! I had told Dr Reish that I didn't want the tip of my nose to droop when I smile and I wanted the overall nose to be smaller to fit my face (I have a small face). Also, we spoke about shaving down the ridge as my natural nose had a strong ridge, slightly masculine. Overall, my main concerns were the droop when I smiled and to be more feminine and to fit my face! I hope that helps.

Here’s my healing process 2 weeks from my rhinoplasty with Dr Reish. I am head over heals in love with the progress so far. I still see/feel some swelling on the ridge but it’s settling so perfectly. I’ve been continuing to take extra strength Advil pretty consistently but hoping to stop and take as-needed or stop entirely sooner than later. All the obvious bruising around my eyes is virtually gone but I’m now just dealing with the residual dark eyes. Not sure if that’s operation-related or from working long hours haha. But back to the nose- zero complains, all glee.
