WORTH IT
I wanted to share my experience on here because this site truly helped me get through the journey of rhinoplasty (and I want to highlight how incredibly talented Dr. Naderi is!!) .When they say its a journey .. they mean it! I leaned on patients who were experiencing the same emotional roller coaster I did and it helped tremendously.
Like most of you, I have wanted a rhinoplasty for as long as I can remember. I would avoid taking pictures from certain angles, I would constantly be changing my body positions to make sure no one was looking at my side profile, ect. I finally decided that this is something I was going to do and booked a consultation with Dr. Naderi. I know several people who had amazing results with him, and I absolutely loved his before and after pictures. I scheduled my surgery the day of my in-person consultation - he was extremely knowledgeable, realistic, and confident that we could get the result I was looking for. He is a true expert in his field and it shows in every aspect of his work.
My actual surgery experience was much easier than expected.. I had no pain, zero bruising, and overall healed great. The mouth breathing is in fact the most obnoxious part of the healing process but completely worth it. My biggest fear going into the surgery was pain and I had none! I was nervous on surgery day but Dr. Naderi has a vey calming bedside manner and I trusted him completely.
The worst part of rhinoplasty, for me, was the cast removal and the week that followed. I heard over and over again that I would be swollen.. but it didnt hit me until I had a potato on my face. Dr. Naderi prepares you for the healing process in every possible way, but all of that went out the window when I was staring in the mirror for the first time. I was expecting to have tears of joy when the cast came off but instead thought I made a huge mistake. Dr. Naderis staff was very helpful throughout this time assuring me that the swelling would go down and the nose would "settle" overtime. That's when I turned to this site the most and realized most patients feel the same way.. it was an emotional shock BUT if you are reading this early in recovery it will go down!! Week 3 is really when I started to love my nose and I can say this was the absolute best decision I have ever made.
I am now about 6 weeks post op and I am absolutely thrilled with my results. My goal was to keep a very natural nose and Dr. Naderi did just that! No one can directly pin point what I had done, but I have been told several times my eyes look so much brighter. Dr. Naderi is a true artist and so skilled at what he does, I wouldn't trust anyone else with such a life changing procedure. I cant thank him enough and highly recommend him to anyone considering rhinoplasty!

I am 7 months post op and am absolutely thrilled with my decision! I would choose Dr. Naderi again and again, he is an absolute artist. I cant thank him nor recommend him enough. He delivered on exactly what I asked for and I would do it all over again :)
