Dr. Harmych really changed my life

The moment I met Dr. Harmych I knew he was the right surgeon for me. His bedside manner is impeccable and I couldn’t be happier with my results. My nose is beautiful, but more importantly I can breathe again. I had been waiting to get my nose done since I was 16 but never found the right doctor to trust operating on my face. After years of researching and saving up my money, I finally found Dr. Harmych on realself.com. Dr. Harmych and his staff are warm and welcoming. He talked to for a while in my initial consultation and made sure I was 100% comfortable. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He gave me a very realistic expectation of what he could do to improve the appearance of my nose. My nose was extremely crooked and very large for my face. He took pictures of me and then edited them so I could see the potential result. I was ecstatic with what he showed me and couldn’t wait to get my procedure done. I opted to do it while on my spring break during my junior year of college. The procedure went extremely well, I did experience nausea from the anesthesia, however the anesthesiologist made sure to give me the right medications and I felt better shortly after. The first week was a little brutal as I couldn’t really drink anything due to my nose being clogged but I would do it again in a heartbeat. Dr. Harmych and his staff even sent me a bouquet of beautiful flowers a few days after my surgery. It was so thoughtful and really solidified how much he cares about his patients and what kind of person he truly is. The day I went in to get my cast off I couldn’t believe how small and cute my nose looked, and how straight it was, Wow!! My mom was with me for the reveal and she was actually brought to tears over my results. I was so happy with my nose right away, but even more so over time as the swelling continued to go down. Before I had my procedure I was extremely self conscious about taking pictures or looking at my nose from my side profile. I would never wear sunglasses as they never sat straight on my nose and would accentuate how large my nose was before. Now I love selfies of my face and have started a collection of sunglasses !! I was worried initially that no one would recognize me but that wasn’t the case. My nose looks like I was born with it and I’m so incredibly blessed. Dr. Harmych changed the way I view myself inside and outside. It honestly was the best decision I’ve ever made. I feel so confident now with my new nose. I also opted to get lip fillers a few months after my surgery as my top lip was almost not existent. Being a chick that loves make-up I’d always wanted to apply lipstick but never had the lips to do so. Dr. Harmych said that I should start off slow and do my lip injections over time to get a more natural result. He made sure to give me ample time to numb my lips and was very gentle when injecting. He’s the only doctor that I trust working on my face. I honestly can’t say it enough how obsessed I am with my new nose and my lips. Dr. Harmych really changed my life and for that i’m eternally grateful.
