Dr. Grigoryants gave me the Nose of my Dreams

I’ve always been very self conscious of my nose. I had a large dorsal hump, large nostrils and a bulbous tip. I found Dr. Grigoryants about 5 years ago and immediately felt that his work stood out above the rest. He does many cosmetic procedures but a large majority of the work he is known for is his incredible rhinoplasty. I live in Arizona and couldn’t find any surgeons in my state who had pages and pages of perfect noses on their website like he did. I followed his work closely over the years and finally saved up enough to get it done. I was definitely nervous but I knew If I didn’t get it done it would be one of my biggest regrets. I’m a nurse so I know what to look for in terms of bedside manner and although quick, dr Grigoryants made me feel like I was in great hands. Even through our email consultation he gave me realistic expectations and told me he would not be able to give me the thin, petite nose I originally wanted due to having a large tip and thick skin. At first I was disappointed and defeated, but he helped me come up with a more realistic outcome that I was happy with. I showed up to his office for our in person consult just ONE DAY before my surgery and slept soundly that night knowing confidently that I was in the best possible hands. I am only currently 8 days post op so the swelling is still pretty severe at this point but I have no regrets about this process. I wanted to add some photo updates from the past month of recovery. Overall the healing process has been tolerable and overall I’m glad I had the surgery. My only concerns are the asymmetry is my nostrils, but they were very asymmetrical before surgery. I’m hoping this will improve when more swelling subsides. Everyday gets better.
