Dr. Grigoryants is the Best of the Best!

Truly an artist. Where do I begin? I've always disliked my nose/side profile and heard about Dr. Grigoryants from television shows, friends, etc. I go to school five minutes away from his office/live close to it, so I figured why not schedule a consultation for rhinoplasty. I went to his office in September of 2020 and knew he could give me the nose I have always wanted. Consult was quick but he is super sweet and oddly enough kind of humorous. I had a surgery date set for mid-January 2021 (This was the earliest).
Fast forward to January, had my post op appt., paid my surgery in full and was ready for surgery.
Got out of surgery six days ago and have been recovering perfectly. My nose cast comes off tomorrow and from I can see it looks amazinggg.
I will post an updated review a few days after the cast comes off but I felt like it was needed for me to post this, post-surgery.
I also want to mention that no one tells you that you probably will not be able to sleep good at all until the fourth or fifth night comfortably since your head has to be elevated.

Update for 1-14-21 Rhino

I also forgot to mention I am a 24 y/o male lol. Alright here is the update: This is what I wanted! Some slope, upturn, smaller nose. The cast came off six days post op., I am in love! Still extremely swollen and my nose is definitely a little wider than usual but its partially my fault since I left the tape on my nose a little too long. I have one really important thing to mention for this update: Be specific in what you want out of the surgery! Show pictures of noses you like! let me know what you think. -A

Looks amazing! Was there only a certain amount of time to leave the tape on?

I accidentally left it on for 24 hours..only supposed to leave it on for about 8 hours or so (tape at night then take off in morning).

2 months post
Almost 2 months post op!!

ALRIGHT.. I felt like posting a 2 month update because I wanted to mention a couple things.
A) My nose is healing amazingly.
B) I wanted to say I was probably one of the few people I know/seen that had the worst swelling the day of my cast removal. (I added 2 pictures to this post). It is miraculous how much our bodies change and adjust. I felt like mentioning this since no one ever really talks about how different your nose changes throughout the first 2 months. Maybe I was just one of the few types of people that gets major swelling after surgery/work but most videos we usually see with people after rhinoplasty's they immediately see their desired results. My desired result just came a few weeks later :)
All in all, I am beyond words happy with my results and that's all that matters! Swelling is down and has STAYED down!!
Let me know what you guys think.
