Rhinoplasty with Dr. Grigoryants

I am currently 7 days post-op and so far am very happy with my results!

My experience with Dr. Grigoryants was very similar to many of you. The amount of time spent with him was short (probably like 20 mins all together) but very assuring and had a great pay off. As soon as I met him, I was immediately comfortable and felt that I could trust him with changing my face, which is really no small thing.

During my consultation and pre-op with him, he was very straightforward and told me what he could do for my nose. It was so crazy because everything he said he wanted to change was exactly what I wanted changed too. I didn't show him any pictures because I agreed with him so thoroughly when we talked and also I didn't want him to sway too far from his vision and make something that wouldn't fit my face. Besides, I loved all of his results so much that I really trusted him to create my nose. I also really appreciated that he was honest and said that my nose was going to be "tough" (which scared me, not gonna lie) and that my outcome might not be as good as my moms nose, which he called "perfect." My mom was really happy about that, and naturally went around telling everyone she had a perfect nose for the rest of the day, haha! Dang it, why didn't I genetically win that perfect nose?!

Anyways, let me know if you would like to hear about my experience about the actual day of the procedure or any of the post-op recovery days. I don't want to make this too long, but in brief it was not fun but not unbearable either. (Taking the cast off was literally the easiest and most painless thing ever btw)

All in all, I am very pleased with my results and how natural they look so far. It has really made the world of a difference. Pm me if you want to see any pics :) I might post some here later but maybe not...But I definitely would be comfortable sending them! I def had a huge nose before so the difference is amazing.

I've had so many messages asking for pictures so I've decided to post them here to save time and to help more people. I know when I was getting ready for surgery I would obsessively check this site and it really helped me out, so I hope to do that for others.

So here are my before pictures. After pictures will be in the next update. Some of these pictures are so terrible and unflattering. But my nose was terrible and unflattering, soooo. (Also I don't have any pictures of my profile in before but basically my nose was super long and had a bump on the right side.

I know my nose is still not perfect and is swollen, but the improvement really speaks for itself. So happy.
