Dr. Ciardullo is MAGIC!
I knew right away Dr. Ciardullo was my first and only choice for my rhinoplasty procedure in Dec 2023. After seeing real proof his incredible work having done both my mother and grandmother decades before, without a doubt Dr. C was the perfect surgeon once I finally gathered the courage to move forward with this life-changing decision also being my first-ever surgery experience.
Starting from the very first consultation, Dr. C & the entire staff made my decision that much easier. Every interaction, whether in office or over the phone, was extremely pleasant and comforting; a commendable feat for managing my being a nervous wreck about surgery! Dr. C took his time with me during every conversation, ensuring I felt relaxed while thoroughly explaining what to expect so there were no surprises. It may feel intimidating deciding on permanent changes to your face, but Dr. C made it so easy I didn't have to think twice - I 100% trusted his honest, professional guidance the result would be perfectly natural fit for my face (spoiler: it is!).
Dr. Ciardullo & team continued to be exceptionally supportive through pre-op, surgery day, and post-op. I loved how responsive Dr. C was if I ever had a question at any time day or night and Louisa, the Patient Care Coordinator, was very accommodating and helpful in navigating the formalities of the procedure process. The nurses, anesthesiologist and rest of the surgery staff were incredibly patient and kind, putting me at ease where I couldn't have imagined a more smooth first-time surgery experience. With Dr. C's long-standing history of amazing results and keeping up-to-date with latest industry techniques and advancements, recovery also went just as smoothly with no significant bruising, no need for prescription pain medication and only minor swelling that reduced exponentially within 2 weeks of surgery.
The support continues even today, now 7 months post-surgery, where I'm grateful I can still still contact Dr. C if ever needed - but I don't have to after everything went so perfectly and I am in love with how it turned out! There is absolutely no one else I would recommend more. I am feeling more confident than ever and truly amazed with the skill and talent that happened on that operating table to get me here.
