4 month update
WORTH IT
Not much has changed since the last update at 2.5 months.
The swelling of the nose tip has decreased slightly but I think the final swelling will disappear by 8 months.
I was originally worrying about the rib incision becoming a permanently obvious scar but fortunately it has begun to fade and now it can only be seen as a thin darker line.
The exterior nose incision is almost invisible but the interior ones are a little raised, slowly getting smaller as the months go on.
Overall everything has settled and I am happy with the results of the surgeries.

2.5 month update
2.5 month update: The eyelids have fully healed and have not changed since the last update, I am very happy with the results.
The nose is still slowly healing, the tip is gradually getting slimmer and slimmer. The rib incision is much better compared to before and doesn't cause any pain. It is still a little bit difficult to exercise but light weights are no problem. Overall I am happy with the results and look forward to seeing how the swelling goes down.

Male Rhinoplasty and Double Eyelid Surgery
Around 1.5 months ago I had a rhinoplasty and non-incisional double eyelid surgery at AB clinic.
The rhinoplasty included osteotomy, bulbous tip correction, silicone implant and short nose correction using autologous rib cartilage.
I am extremely happy with the double eyelid surgery. I was originally going to get the incisional procedure because during the first consultation I was told that it would have a lower chance of the stitches coming undone due to excess fat in the eyelid. When I went in for the final consultation right before surgery, we discussed that the recovery would be much better for the non-incisional procedure and the only downside was that there is a small chance that the stitches become loose in a few years.
I am so glad that I decided to change to non-incisional because there was almost no down time. The swelling went down almost completely within 2 weeks and everything was normal after 1 month.
The rhinoplasty recovery has been a lot slower. When the cast was first removed after 1 week I didn't like the shape that much. Compared to videos of other people getting their casts off, my nose was extremely swollen at the tip and looked more rounded that it started off as.
At the moment it is still quite swollen but it is slowly going down as time goes on.
I am much more happy with the side profile now but it is still very wide at the tip.
I believe it is because I got the bulbous tip reduction so more swelling formed in that area.
The rib incision is still healing and is quite tender. It is difficult to do exercises such as weightlifting and it sometimes hurts when I sneeze.
It is much better than it was originally and seems to be healing gradually.
Overall I am happy with my results and look forward to see the final result once all the swelling subsides.
