Dr. Nogan removed my dorsal hump and removed my plunging tip upon smiling. 100% cosmetic. My breathing was great before the procedure and almost 3 months post op it has remained that way.

Pre op and post op went well and as expected. Recovery from my rhinoplasty took about 2 weeks but discomfort lasted a few weeks. I’m about 3 months post op and still waiting anxiously for my tip swelling to go down, however, I am very pleased and thankful for his talent and skill. He definitely has the capability of doing amazing work. I’m happy I chose him for such a life changing procedure.
