One week post op - hump and droop free and I love it

I spent over a year looking, and I mean REALLY looking for a doctor to perform my rhinoplasty. I had a ugly dorsal hump, wide nose, and droopy tip. I spoke to many of the "best" surgeons Texas had to offer. However, none of them could offer me what I really wanted. Sure, they could perform a rhinoplasty.. but they wouldn't perform it to my comfort. I wanted to have my procedure done strictly under local anesthesia for my own personal reasons. Everyone turned me away, or tried to pressure me into doing this surgery under IV sedation or general anesthesia. Then I met Dr Apostolakis. He didn't turn me away. He didn't pressure me. He made sure I was informed and agreed to do my procedure. I had my procedure, with local anesthesia, AWAKE. My nurse Kim was AMAZING, she held my hand through the worst part which was numbing my nose. After that, it was a breeze. I was able to have a full on conversation with Dr Apostolakis and Kim the entire time. I did not feel a single thing. I had minimal swelling the day after surgery, minimal bruising, there was no pain afterwards at all so I didn't even need Tylenol. The whole process from beginning to end was great. Ali was also amazing, she is the sweetest person I have ever met and was so nice to me throughout the entire process. If I could rate Dr Apostolakis and his staff more than 5 stars I would, I only wish I would have found him sooner. I am one week post op, hump and droop free and I LOVE it.
