Consultation Review: Doctored before and after photos?

Hello. We have no records of your visit with us so we can not verify if you are a patient. We can easily say we have never doctored any photos of any patients ever and only show patient photos which have explicitly given written consent on any of our social media or website platforms. Dr. Dugar is notorious for turning down patients as he truly gives an honest consultation and believes most patients have a better nose than they think. Sometimes photos of postop patients are shown at different stages of their healing on our platforms (postop 3 months vs postop 12 months for example) in which case of course the nose can look different. Dr. Dugar has always and will always be one of the most honest surgeons with the highest values of integrity, ethics and honesty with his patients, their results and his portfolio.
