Never ever ever ever ever go to this doctor. Ruined my face.

He did my nose 3 years ago, and ruined my life. I had heard he was cold and rushed through consultations but I saw him on TV shows so I thought he was legit. I went to my consult and of course, he seemed to want to just get it done with quickly. Said he could achieve what I wanted (straightening of deviated septum, shave down hump of nose, and reduce big nostrils.)
I went in for surgery at 5AM and this mean russian lady was grouchy and rude when leading me to lay in the bed. I had some pics to show him again one last time that I wanted a button nose that was feminine. I went under anesthesia and when I woke up I was left alone in the room until my friend picked me up. I asked him if he took pics of my nose after the surgery like he does with his instagram posts and said he "forgot".
My nose bleed alot (I've had a revision since that fixed my nose and was not comparable to the excessive bleeding Grigoryants left me with) but that wasn't a large concern of mine, figured maybe it was normal. As time passed, I wore my cast as instructed and never let anything touch it. Slept sitting upright.
Cast removal day comes. He takes it off and my nostrils are flared, bridge is bent more than before, and my lifted tip settles down within a few days and the whole thing swells up and the bridge is thicker after being shaved down, the thickness was not compensated for when shaving the hump down. I question why the nose was so bent and send updates each month. He only replies saying it looks great it looks great it looks great when it does not and that its just swelling. This is ALL he will say when you have issues, that its fine and its just swelling.
One year and a half passes and I make an appointment to see him in person. At the original consult he said there could be touchup if needed. That was a lie. When I saw him he literally watched me cry silently in the chair when I told him I did not like my crooked thick flared out chunky droop nose. He said its just the selfies that make me look like that and that cameras always distort things, with the coldest look in his eyes. He didn't give a damn after he got my money. Didn't help me and rushed me out and just said its the selfies making it look bad. I was devastated and so depressed for over a year after that and hated my face so much. Do not go to this doctor, he WILL botch you and he's known for deleting bad reviews on here.
