I am deeply disappointed in my results

This review might be long overdue but I thought it’s time for me to shed light on my rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Pontell. Before my rhinoplasty I did lots of research on potential surgeons and I decided to choose Dr. Pontell due to the great reviews and location.Before I dive into my issues, I’d like to pay my respect to the woman who greeted me at the front desk every visit, Cathy. Exceptional woman, she made me feel very welcomed. One of my two issues with my results is the symmetry of my nose and nostrils. I noticed the unevenness the day after my surgery.My right side is higher than my left and is very noticeable. My second issue would have to be my breathing. The inside of my nose seems swollen. This has caused a lot of build up in my nose and I have to clean my nose with cue tips or blow my nose almost three times a day so I can breathe. I have talked to the Dr. about my concerns and we were able to do a small procedure in the office to fix the symmetry of my nostrils. However this did not fix my nostrils as they as still very uneven.As per the breathing problems I was suggested to get Flonase but that hasn’t helped me. I have waited until my nose has fully healed to come to my conclusions and today I am 1 year and almost 5 months post op of my actual rhinoplasty. Almost 4 months post op of my second office procedure. I know mistakes happen and to not expect perfect results but I am deeply disappointed in my results.
