Disappointed/ Upset/ Dehumanized

I'm not exactly sure where to start. As I'm trying to gather my thoughts, I can't help but feel disappointed, angry, and sad. Please read carefully, as I will explain my experience as best as I can. I got my first Septo/rhinoplasty with Dr. Kassir and it was a closed procedure. My consultation was virtual. Dr. Kassir appeared confident in his abilities to take on my case. I was so excited because after 10+ yrs I finally made a decision to get the procedure done. Picking a surgeon is definitely not an easy task! Dr. Kassir was kind during the consult and leading up to the procedure. We agreed to 15k for the procedure (not including travel cost).

After the procedure, I had a follow-up the next couple of days with his nurses. I really struggled breathing and they had to suction so much dry blood out of my nose. I then flew back home with a mask and cast on. When I removed the cast at home, after 1 week, I actually did like my side profile. My nose was still a bit droopy but still better than what I previously had. HOWEVER, my nostrils and the supratip/tip were a complete disaster! It looked like someone just smashed my nose in -- like actually punched it. This was my complaint the entire time since the procedure. However, I kept being told to wait, wait, wait, wait... the swelling will go down. They continued to repeat this. I was being gaslighted and told nothing is wrong with it. Everyone around me was shocked that I paid that amount for that quality of work.

I finally told him I needed something to be done, but his front desk was so damn rude! Natasha was the worst. They had so much energy to get my money but as soon as a complaint came in their attitude shifted and they delayed and delayed and delayed a solution! After some self-advocacy Dr. Kassir agreed that he should do a revision to fix the dent near the supratip area. He noted/ quoted that I could pay 4k for the local anesthesia and he would not charge me to fix the dent. Due to being busy, my response was delayed and they bumped it up to 6k instead! They stated because of COVID and inflation they increased the price! This was within a couple of weeks BTW. I was so soo soo frustrated at this point. I could not understand why I was even paying! The revision actually should have been done at 0 cost! I felt the staff was treating me in a very inhumane way. I was not being taken seriously and I did not feel valued as a client. I have attached some photos of my nose. The dent in the front and the horrible nostril work. I actually like Dr. Kassir as an individual and believe he does have some good work; however, my experience was absolutely disappointing. The revision surgeon I consulted with actually mentioned that he tried a technique from Turkey that was not yet popular in the United States yet! Maybe I was the guinea pig. He pretty much smashed my nose in. I truly believe I was wronged in many ways. My concerns were not taken seriously.
