I will let my photos do the talking for me. Please do not go here for Rhinoplasty (or for any surgery for that matter).
I came here for Rhinoplasty (you can see my before photo below) as you can see my results were horrible. Which was traumatizing enough. JW offered a revision, after my 2nd surgery, you can see large lumps on my nose. They were extremely embarrassing and JW did not care at all. He told me that "it may be a blemish". Clearly, these were not blemishes.
I decided to get a second opinion from several different doctors and each doctor confirmed that those lumps were caused from my skin being cut from the bone. Each doctor agreed that in all their years doing Rhinoplasty they have NEVER seen that and that JW must have been very inexperienced when it came to Rhinoplasty.
I have since got several injections into my nose (which has cost me atleast 1K). You can still see the lumps in certain lighting. As you can see from the photos, I looked better before I allowed JW Plastic Surgery to touch my face.
JW Plastic Surgery - do you honestly think this surgery was a success? I am now more insecure than I have ever been about my nose. These past few years have been traumatizing. Not only was my nose never improved but you made it worse. My life has been negatively impacted. I cannot sit in certain lighting, I do not let people sit on the right side of me because my nostril is deformed. Please! Do NOT go here. I worked so hard to save up for this surgery and it has ruined my life.

Really Disappointed
I have had so many issues with the staff at JW from start to finish. I summarized my experience below. The photos will just speak for themselves. But basically; do not waste your money. You will be treated like just a number. Do NOT go here for Rhinoplasty. My results are horrible and now something I was once insecure about is even worse.
-my initial consultation the staff messed up my appointment date and the doctor wasn't even in the office that day.
-my second consultation I felt very rushed. I felt uneasy but had trust in the doctor to understand what I was looking for.
-finally booked a day for my surgery and found out later that they had mixed up my surgery day and provided me the wrong day. I had to re-request off work and scramble to reorganize my schedule.
-my follow up appointment the staff lead me to the wrong office (they had relocated)
-my rhinoplasty result was absolutely horrible. My nose looked larger. There was no change. I felt like I wasn't heard when I tried to explain what I wanted.
-doctor offered a rhinoplasty revision, but I still felt rushed and that I wasn't being heard. I had my revision and my nose has not improved at all.
-I understand that it could take a year to heal when it comes to rhinoplasty but my results are horrible. I wish I had my original nose back.
-Tried calling the office to make an appointment but no one ever answers.
-Tried getting my rewards settled and I have called 4 times with no follow up. The staff's response is "we've been super busy" Being too busy to follow up or get back to a paying customer is no excuse.
-they remove all negative comments or block people on social media instead of addressing the issues at hand. Hopefully they don't delete this post so people can make an informed decision.
Bottom line: Do not go here for rhinoplasty or for any surgery for that matter.
