True experience - Still have a deviated septum and bumps

I really wanted to give him the best review but right now it's not the case. Since the inception I have asked Dr. Reish for a small cute/elegant gorgeous nose w a curve, reiterated this even minutes before surgery. I payed for a beautiful cosmetic result and unfortunately did not receive what I asked/longed for my whole life. I still have a deviated septum, and bumps that look awful, asymmetrical nose. Also, something is wrong w the cartilage, the surface of the skin is not adhering onto the cartilage. He just needs to want to do a full revision to get me to the result of my dreams. Think about what that means to me and that my present and future life depends on it. I can't even go out on a date. The wings (sides of the nose) are so extremely wide, I can't even be able to clean out my left nostril well without using saline spray. I can't smile in public, the nose expands and droops. The nose is asymmetrical at this point with bumps and its so large and wide, I just will never capitulate to this outcome. The skin on the radix is looking like a vein (skin) sord of raised and that's when he offered fillers, I declined. We have been doing consistent steroid injections, it'll be almost 2 years in January. Last time I saw him he spoke of Accutane to get the inflammationdown, I spoke w a few derms, they reject the idea and said this would be a wrong approach as it can cause liver damage plus, I have severe dry eyes. Most of my doctors weighed in and said if I'll never accept the outcome of this rhinoplasty, it's not right to keep injecting steroids. I have an appointment and will speak to him once again in asking to revise the nose as I am completely unhappy, and I don't want to feel like this anymore. We have spoken already so many times and just feel heartbroken. I just want to look good and be happy. I will talk to him and update. This is not the final review
