Four and a half weeks post op and I'm happy with my results. Swelling is still present in my chin area and nose. My scar is a bit darker than id like but then again my scars usually don't heal that well and tend to keloid

Hey girl you looks great! I'm hoping to get the same thing with him, rhinoplasty with chin implant. Ow long would you say that it felt to feel comfortable to go back to work? I'm hoping to have an appointment with him later this year but unsure of how long to take off from work.
Thanks. My surgery was on a Wednesday and went back to work the following Monday, so 5 days. But I work from home and would not have wanted to be seen that soon after surgery. I also talked a bit funny bc I was so swollen and my lips were still numb. I also had chin lipo so I was more swollen than I would have been if I'd just did nose. I'd say it depends on the type of work you do. Maybe 1 to 2 weeks to allow for swelling and bruising to clear although my bruising was minimal and cleared by day 3. Hope this helps

Wow you look amazing!! Thank your for sharing your experience! I have my surgery scheduled later this month for a rhinoplasty and chin implant. I’m getting a little worried about the chin implant because I’ve read that it adds width. Do you feel like it added width? What size did he use?
Hi . He used the smallest size on me. The results look nice, profile looks nice with the implant however I just can't seem to get used to it. I've been in touch with dr fuentes since my surgery and he's been very helpful and has advised my to give it all time to fall into place and heal and what not but I'm just not 100 percent happy with the chin implant. I'm scheduled to go back with him and get it removed along with another procedure later this year. I really don't think its the doctor's fault at all just my personal insecurity.
Thank you for your response, I actually had my surgery late June and I’m in the recovery process. My chin area is still very swollen and numb and I’m trying to see how it will settle into my face. I don’t love it yet, but I’m going to give it time to heal. Thankfully it’s removable.

How was your recovery for the chin implant overall?
Its hard to say as I had the chin lipo done at the same time so the swelling from my chin kinda took over the entire lower part of my face.
But I honestly can not wait to get it removed. I just can't get used to it and feel its changes my smile.
I am with you. I am just over 2 weeks post op and I’m still hoping the results will look better than how it looks so far. The area under my chin feels so tight and I feel like now I have jowls.

Best Decision Ever

I had rhinoplasty, chin implant, and chin lipo on 1/27/21 with Dr. Fuentes. I'm now 8 days post-op and love my results so far. Dr. Fuentes is the genius of noses and is truly knowledgeable. My results exceeded my expectations and know they will get better.
The facility was clean and I felt very comfortable traveling there alone. I stayed at the recovery boutique located in the same building and can not say enough good things about all the staff care and attention I was given. I was only there for 2 nights but it felt as if I were at a resort. My recovery was uncomfortable but that was to be expected. Day 2-4 was probably the worst but thereafter I could really appreciate the results. All in all I would recommend Dr. Fuentes 100% to give realistic and natural results. I will post before and afters.

Hey! how long did it take you to get a hold of him from when you initially reached out? I've been reaching out for over a month now and still haven't heard from him.
Hi, I reached out to him in September 2020. It took about 2 days to hear back. He was booked out through January. Best way to get a consult/ quote is through his website.
I called and got a consult right away. He doesn't respond to consult requests through social media. I first tried to contact him through instagram, but was unsuccessful. Called his office instead and was booked right away, albeit the appointment was two months out.
Could you post a front profile please? How even are your nostrils? Thank you for sharing
My nostrils were very uneven to begin with but that wasn't main concern. Dr did say that they would be more even after surgery but not totally even..again eveness of nostrils doesn't bother me much.
