WORTH IT$10
Everytime I’ve gone to the office I wait between 1-2 hours to be seen but I’ve read similar reviews so I didn’t let that discourage me. I booked my surgery date and got home today, OR nurses amazzzziiing, the team as a whole answered all my questions and helped me so much. I suffer from daily migraines and headaches and honestly I have not taken any pain medication since I was released from the hospital. Just feel pressure and a headache which is normal for me, I would rate it as a 2/3 out of 10. The bruising has increased a ton since I got home but that’s completely normal and as expected. I’ll add updates day by day with any changes I’ve noticed, but so far I look much worse than I actually feel. And as crazy swollen as my nose is the tip is less pronounced as my natural nose was! Excited for my cast removal on Monday!

Day 2
Ashleygiselle8July 10, 2020
Day 2 has been followed by extra swelling, more so because I keep coughing and sneezing which the hospital said was normal. Pain is still pretty minimal, I just feel pressure in my nose. Pain is between 2-4 all day long today, no more headache though. Was able to start eating soft foods.

Congrats on your procedure! Do you have any before pics? Have you taken any pain meds? Wishing you a smooth recovery:)

I do! I’ll post the before pictures soon, I haven’t taken any pain meds, I’ve only taken Pills for the swelling which I think has helped because I don’t feel like I’m as swollen as some pictures I’ve seen on here.

Congrats on your procedure! I’m very interested in booking with Dr.G one day soon! May I ask was your rhinoplasty 14k?
July 11, 2020
Getting rhinoplasty by dr G on Sunday! So nervous! What all did you have him do? I’m asking for dorsal hump removed, nostrils made smaller and tip made smaller. Glad you’re not feeling too terrible!

A lot actually! I saw the paper and it was along list lol but removed hump, deprogected it, made it less wide, and a lot of work on improving my breathing!

Day 3
Ashleygiselle8July 11, 2020
Swelling is starting to go down and bruising is starting to turn yellow, pain comes and goes between a 2-3. Overall not too bad at all, asides from the sneezing and coughing. Still bleeding pretty frequently and changing the gauze out about every 2-3 hours depending how long I’m on my feet for.

Hi! Your nose looks great. Did the doctor give your additional gauze and tape for your nose after the cast came off?

I had mine done yesterday and the nurse prospered a bag of tape and gauze for me, but somehow forgot to give it to me on my way out :(

Was the pain a 2-3 with the opioids? Or was that without taking the pain medication?
