WORTH IT
Definitely one of the craziest things I’ve ever done was flying to Istanbul by myself for rhinoplasty. So many people told me I was crazy for traveling all the way to Turkey for surgery—but it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
From the beginning, I knew I wanted Dr. Mehmet. The entire process was smooth and well organized. Dr. Mehmet and his team were always available to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable and confident about having my surgery abroad. Before I flew, I completed all of my preoperative lab work, and when I arrived in Istanbul, they repeated my labs, which I really appreciated because it gave me extra peace of mind. I also met with the anesthesiologist, who thoroughly explained everything and made sure I knew exactly what to expect before surgery.
When I finally met Dr. Mehmet, I honestly wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. I trusted his expertise completely. He explained what he would change to best suit my facial features, and I had no doubt I was in the right hands.
When I woke up from surgery and saw my new nose for the first time, I was in complete shock. I couldn’t believe that was me! I was screaming with excitement on the inside. Dr. Mehmet gave me the cutest, most natural-looking nose, and I truly couldn’t be happier with my results.
I also want to thank Dr. Melike for my beautiful lips. She did an amazing job, and together they are the perfect team. They have such an incredible eye for facial harmony and know exactly what will look natural while enhancing your features. I honestly feel like the best version of myself.
I also have to give a huge shoutout to the entire office staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Whenever I had questions, they responded so quickly through WhatsApp, which made the entire experience so much less stressful.
Thank you, Dr. Mehmet, Dr. Melike, and the entire team for making this experience so positive. Traveling across the world for surgery felt like a huge leap of faith, but it was absolutely worth it. I would do it all over again, and I couldn’t recommend you more highly.
