Disappointed that I did not even got the chance to have a consultation directly with the doctor

I choose to consult Dr East since he is both a ENT doctor and plastic surgeon. As I need to correct my deviated septum and also wanted to enhance the look of my nose..
It is very important to note in this review, that the email was between the practice manager and me.
She asked for pictures and I filled out a pre consultation form.
I then quickly got the answer that the doctor had said that my nose is unsuitable for further surgery… ( I have not had any surgery of my nose, bones etc. Merely fillers on the bridge.. So I was very surprised and disappointed that I did not even got the chance to have a consultation directly with Dr East. So he could have explained why my nose is not suitable for surgery? In the same reply I was wished good luck with finding another doctor for this problem. However, if they thought that I should not have any surgery , why wish me good luck with someone else? After all, Dr East is considered one of the best. So , of course I emailed back directly and still have not got a reply. So , here I am.. wondering whom to consult now..
