Now my tip is more bulbous and droopy

Be cautious when choosing a surgeon based on social media. I’m beyond frustrated that I have to undergo surgery again to fix what should have been addressed the first time. My new surgeon has assured me that the issues can be corrected with a closed procedure to refine the bulbous droopy tip that Dr Dugar left me with.

Dr. Dugar operates like a machine, performing the same style of nose job repeatedly, with little to no customization or consultation about what you actually want. He assumes everyone wants a ‘natural-looking’ nose, but if that’s the case, why would I have surgery in the first place? His lack of personalization made for a disappointing experience. I deeply regret not researching more thoroughly beyond social media.

First the office is amazing Dr Dugar is super nice but my results are just so/so. Went in for closed rhinoplasty to reduce size came out with good side profile but now my tip is more bulbous and Droopy. Looking to find a revision Dr going to have to be open now because scar tissue is so thick. Wish I would have not chosen the closed process and went with what would work best for my nose. The fact that he only does close limits the results for the tip.
