My nose appears notably crooked

I am writing to provide an update on my rhinoplasty journey, and unfortunately, it has been a challenging one.

I initially chose Dr. Zoumalan with the utmost trust and optimism, as he is renowned as one of the best and most expensive rhinoplasty specialists in Beverly Hills. I saved diligently for over a year and invested $18,000 with the expectation that such a significant financial commitment would yield proportionate results.

Despite the improved slope of my nose achieved during the surgical rhinoplasty, the overall outcome has been disheartening. My nose appears notably crooked, and, contrary to the intended result, the tip, which was meant to be elevated, has reverted to its original position.

Dr. Zoumalan acknowledged the crookedness of my nose after my initial surgery. I underwent non-surgical rhinoplasty procedures twice with him about a year apart. However, neither were successful.

As a college student, the financial strain of considering further revision surgery in the near future is overwhelming. Dr. Zoumalan's reputation for his kindness and empathy towards his patients initially drew me to his practice.
