Best experience - Open rhinoplasty 4 months ago

I had an open rhinoplasty in August 2021 which went very smoothly with Dr Paun and I've had an amazing result from the surgery. 4 months post-op my nose looks 100x better than what it looked like previously. The result is very natural whereby the majority of people I meet can't tell I've had a nose job.

I had two consultations with him prior to the surgery and in both of them, he was very thoughtful and listened to what my desired results were, and showed me images where we can achieve my desired result. My surgery lasted 3 hours and after the surgery, I initially had some bruising but because I iced the area regularly, and applied arnica cream as well as taking arnica tablets I found the bruising went away after 3-4 days.

At the cast removal, although the nose was a bit swollen, it was still such a nice natural change from my previous nose so I couldn't be happier with the result. I had a droopy nose with a slight bump and have thicker Asian skin. I asked Dr. Paun to remove the bump and lift the tip so it has a nicer feminine shape, and I can definitely say that those results are achieved even after 4 months, and I cant wait to see what they look like in a year when I can see the final result.
