The changes are tasteful, natural and no one has noticed that I’ve even had a nose job!

I’m a caucasian man in his twenties who had a rhinoplasty procedure performed by Mr. William Townley. In the consultation, Mr. Townley knew what I was going to say about my nose before I had to say anything with any detail, which felt so vindicating and refreshing when my friends and family were telling me that they couldn’t see the obvious! My experience with Mr. Townley made me confident that he and I shared the same goal of what we’d like to achieve with a rhinoplasty. Mr. Townley gave me a quote which, for central London prices, was competitive. I know there’s another popular surgeon that charges at least six thousand pounds more for the same treatment.

I was also concerned about the cost because I wanted quite a lot done, bulbous tip reduction, septum and nose bridge straightening, dorsal hump removal, tip elevation etc. but I was pleasantly surprised with the quoted cost.

I decided to go with Mr. Townley and he was able to offer me a surgery date in just over a month after our initial consultation, which was a plus!

The surgery went really well, I have an average/low pain tolerance, and I felt basically no pain after surgery and was able to work from home after two days, which vastly exceeded my expectations.

I’m now 6 weeks removed from the surgery and I’m really happy with the results. The changes are tasteful, natural and one has noticed that I’ve even had a nose job! But I see a huge difference in my appearance now, and I’ve still got some swelling left to go! If you’re seriously considering a rhinoplasty and have done your research, then you are likely aware that rhinoplasty surgery is one of the most difficult surgeries to carry out successfully in plastic surgery. It requires serious training and talent, and I can confidently say that Mr. Townley has a brilliant eye and excellent surgical skill.

I’d also had a number of correspondents with Mr. Townley’s receptionist Claudia, who was an angel throughout, as was everyone through the process, including his personal nurse Charlotte, who was very sweet and super responsive to questions I had during my recovery.

To any of those reading this review who are looking to have a rhinoplasty, I wish you the very best of luck with finding the right surgeon, and the very best of luck with the surgery itself. I personally have no regrets from getting a rhinoplasty, and I’m glad that I chose Mr. Townley.
