Awful result, even worse aftercare - bridge shaved too much

I had my open rhinoplasty with this Nizar Hamadeh in February 2020.

I was hoping for a reduction in my tip and a slight lift to my nose to give me a feminine appearance. He assured me during our consultation that he was able to achieve this, although he did mention multiple times (including once the surgery was complete) that I had thick skin and so would have to be patient before I would see the final result, at least one year and possibly up to 2/3 years.

After my cast was removed I was really upset, my nose bridge had been shaved down way too much, my nose tip looked bulbous with a lump on the left side and my nostrils were completely uneven. I was never contacted to arrange a follow up consultation.

I tried to be patient and hoped this was just swelling and arranged to see Mr Hamadeh for a follow up at around a year post op.

I drove two hours from Manchester to Birmingham for a 10 minute follow up where Mr Hamadeh dismissed my concerns and couldn't seem to see my issue despite my nose clearly looking botched (see pictures).

Taking into account the state of my nose, I now have to pay around £15K for a revision. To make matters worse, I had two of my emails requesting my surgery notes ignored and it wasn't until I wrote a letter to the hospital that I had a call from his secretary who was extremely rude and wouldn't answer any of my questions regarding when I would receive surgery notes and instead tried to book me in for another follow up (which would have made no difference if he refused to see the issue in the first place). I still did not receive my surgery notes and had to threaten legal action with a second letter, kindly a member of staff from the hospital picked this up and forwarded me the notes with no issues.

Not only did I waste my savings with this surgeon, I am now having to save up 3x the original cost to fix his mistakes. I have been left extremely upset and completely insecure with no regard or care from this surgeon or his team. Please, please take your time and do your research before making the same mistake I did.
