Horrible
I underwent rhinoplasty surgery with Dr Ladner, believing that I had thoroughly researched and chosen the best doctor for the procedure. I had confidence that he genuinely cared about his patients and their desired outcomes. Unfortunately, my expectations were shattered, and I discovered that I was gravely mistaken.
Initially, my nose appeared acceptable during the period of swelling. However, as the swelling subsided, the true results of the surgery became apparent. To my dismay, I was left with a substantial crater at the tip of my nose. The attached image below serves as evidence, with no alterations made through photo shop. Dr Ladner lawyer likes to say it’s photoshop. The deformed graft at the tip and the evident crater are clearly visible.
Furthermore, Dr. Ladner, also excessively reduced the hump on my nose, resulting in a weakened bridge. I now face difficulties with nasal breathing. Both of my nostrils are obstructed, leaving me perpetually congested. In fact, my right nostril collapses inward when I try to breathe, exacerbating the issue.
Living through this nightmare for an entire year, I found myself avoiding public appearances due to the distress caused by my disfigured nose. While it's true that Dr. Ladner may have achieved a few successful results, I implore you not to become the unfortunate victim of a botched procedure like mine.

It is essential for everyone to be aware of the person they are entrusting their health and appearance to. I personally shared my harrowing experience, only to be met with threats of legal action from Dr. Ladner's lawyer if I did not remove my review. Furthermore, he and his spouse who works with him attempted to interfere with my professional career because of my review.
I urge you to prioritize your own well-being by diligently seeking out a skilled and reputable doctor for any surgical procedures. Do not allow yourself to become a victim of negligence or subpar medical care.
