My nostrils are uneven and crooked

Customer service wise - it’s regular and transactional. There’s no care for personalized rapport outside of the desired surgery. I had a rhinoplasty with him despite people advising me not to because he has the “highest rhino revisions” in the practice. Almost 2 years later, my nostrils are uneven and crooked. I went from having one insecurity before surgery to another insecurity after. His response to my concerns was him advising me not to bother having him fix it because from the front view, it looks good. Since the surgery, I also have issues breathing. For the money I paid, he should want to fix it. But since he’s paid, he can careless.
