Would not recommend - 3 months post-op and I see no changes

Got Septoplasty-Rhinoplasty from Dr. Jeffery Spiegel on 30th July this year. I had deviated septum, and was looking to fix my breathing issues, straighten the nose and make the bulbous tip a bit pointy.
Waited 3 months post-op and I see no changes whatsoever. I still cannot breathe from my left nostril and the nose is as crooked as it was. I had brought these concerns in my 1 month postop followup, but the Doc said to wait. It’s been 3 months and my nose is back to square one!

Update: Was called in on 20th Nov, to discuss my negative review and look at my nose. Was given a steroid injection to reduce the swelling. On further showing the issues with the columella and nose tip still being bulbous and towards the right, he said that this can be fixed with another procedure. My care coordinator Carole will be getting back to me with more details on the COST for this extra procedure. Will keep you posted!

I had severe development of scar tissue post surgery which was affecting my breathing. Currently undergoing combinations of steroid injections and in-office procedures to fix them. Looks like this is an ongoing process as my body heals and it will be awhile. Dr. Spiegel is taking care of it and I am hopeful. :)
