Botched nose, still bulbous & crooked, 4 years post-op

I'm sure this will be deleted as it's a negative review. I completely regret going with this surgeon. My nose is completely bulbous with no definition and uneven. You can see on the right side in all photos that it is weirdly shaped, and crooked. I told Dr. G this as soon as my cast was removed and he told me it was swelling and that it would go away - it never did. When I told him even at 1 year post op he just told me it was the lighting. Too much cartilage was taken out of my nose on the right side and it's often hard to breathe out of that nostril. I will need a revision in the future, but I am honestly way too scared to and up worse than I am now. RealSelf won't let me put the real date of surgery. Surgery was in 2020 so it has been 4 years!!!
