Breathing is No Better

I went in for rhino for 2 reasons. My nose is round, thick skin and wanted that tighter, more narrow button nose look. I also had equal desire to have my breathing helped. He told me he could do both. The end result my breathing is no better, still a mouth breather. His best suggestion is a medicine to reduce the swollen glands (i think it was glands) in my nose. The nasal spray medicine is very expensive and why would I want to use that constantly if I paid for Rhino to better my breathing? He said that in the future he could add cartilage to add more structure as my nose sucks in when I breathe through my nose. If thats what was necessary from the beginning I wonder why he did not think of that before. Besides that aesthetically my nose is better and closer to the look I want, however I am not satisfied. Each side of my nose healed differently. So in my profile shots I have a completely different nose depending on if you're looking at my from the left or the right. both profile views I am unhappy with. The front view looks best but it also looks uneven from the front. One side of my nose caved in too much and one side didnt and looks turned down from the profile. He added filler to one side to try and make it even without surgery but its still uneven. I had a lot of confidence in choosing him because he promised satisfaction, if it wasnt good enough they fix it again. However when I say I am unsatisfied he asks me to wait it out. I imagie if I still wanted reconstruction he would charge reconstruction price instead of fixing like he aid he would (I am guessing not sure). I think his social media presence is really catering to influencers and celebrities and that is not the actual treatment you get in office. Also I asked about doing a BBL with him before my rhino and he said I shouldnt do it with him unless I have money to waste because it would not be a big difference. However I did it with a Dr in Vegas (for much cheaper) and the results were substantial. I will add photos later but I def would not say its worth the hype. My breathing not being better was a huge let down. At some point I will do another post op to see if he offers to honor the satisfaction, but for now he denies the option for reconstruction and asked me to wait.
