Botched tip - thankful we are wearing masks!
This pic I am submitting is prior to the 3 surgeries with Dr. Janjua which left me with a botched nose tip. This pic was taken after 25 years
after my Septoplasty, where a hump was shaved down and septum made undeviated. My nose had sloped down as if the tip had collapsed. I was told by Dr. Janjua that too much cartilage was removed at original surgery. In this pic I am smiling.

Botched tip- Thankful we are wearing masks!
I am submitting more pics from 2019. These pics gave more angles and profiles. I must say say am pleased with alarplasy. I asked that original nostrils maintained their shapes and that was achieved. However both 2019 and 2020, I pleaded with Dr. Janjua to file down the pump and sharp protruding tip, but it appeared a scalpel was used to thoughtlessly go in and cut a chunk out leaving a triangular dip and the beginning of that tip hanging mid air.

What would you recommend I do to fixed this botched nose tip?
He did my alarplasty he didn’t botch me but I think my nostrils are too small and I asked for conservative. I’m sorry this happened hopefully it can be fixed
Thanks! I think Alarplasy is his specialty. There might be a slight variation in nostril sizes or scars, but no one is perfect. I am very disappointed because I pleaded with him during first and second revisions to shave the point at end of tip which gives a 'bump' at end of tip.

Botched tip- thankful we're wearing masks
I have submitted pics of post-op surgeries 2018 and 2019. I want to mention that I had an 'open' procedure each surgeries..'. My original surgery over 27yrs ago was not septorhinoplasty, but septoplasty to correct a deviated septum. After first surgery the tip twist off to one side. After first revision tip was too point and unnatural looking. I asked Dr. Janjua to shave the pointed tip on both occasions, but he cut in the tip to remove a chunk of cartilage, hence the sunken or dip to tip.

I am very sorry that you are not happy. If you could post your original photos from before any of these surgeries and then compare with your present nose you will see how much overall improvement you have received. As you were made aware of prior to surgery, nose continues to change after surgery and can sometimes develop irregularities or depressions. What you are showing now is a depressed area on the tip that can be corrected. I will be more than happy to correct that for you. However if you choose to go elsewhere, I respect that.
This issue was created because you failed to listen to your patient. Not once but twice, I asked you to shave down the bump on the end of my tip. The depressed area was created in second revision as a result of you cutting into the middle of my tip. The cartilage was sharp and protrusive. Both revisions the cartilage moved. It would appeared it was not secured in the first place. I know you recommending filler etc. But I did some research and it is said, adverse reaction could cause the the tissue or skin to die. That would be horrible! I can't trust my face in your hands again. Sorry! Great bedside manners but, at the end of the day, you need to hone the skills your promote.
