Reading all the great reviews encouraged me to book with Dr. V. But after 2 years post OP and still being “swollen” only to find out I am in fact not swollen but BOTCHED. How does something like this even happen?? I was told these bumps were just swelling that would go down, but here i am 4 years later!! Dr. V said they were cartilage bumps and could be removed PARTIALLY in office but of course not complimentary. Why would I trust him after this? No thank you. My nose looks fine from the side but straight view is AWFUL I feel embarrassed I payed 10K for my nose to look like this. Pls go ahead and book w him take a risk. it’s your face, after all.

For whatever it is worth, and coming from someone with a lot of compassion because I was severely botched, I think your nose is beautiful. I do see the imperfections you are pointing out and don't want to be dismissive. But to me they look like the normal tiny imperfections a natural nose can have. Overall, it is a really pretty nose. I hope you can get the imperfections addressed to your liking. Also, your nose doesn't look droopy at all. You're stunning even in these limited photos I'm seeing. After having to get my nose fixed and going through a big nightmare, the imperfections I still have are far, far more severe, so it could be that my perspective is different. I'm just commenting with the hope that it makes you feel a little comfort, because you really do have a lovely nose even still. Good luck and I wish you all the best!

I do agree above too though- small imperfections, but I see the irregularities.

Same. I had my surgery in 2019 and I have bumps on both sides. Mine are worse than yours
