Horrible results - my nose looks nothing like I imagined or wanted

Having a procedure done by this doctor has been one of the worst decisions I’ve made. I live in California and wanted to get a rhinoplasty but CA prices were considerably higher than those out of state. My friend told me to look for a doctor in Texas (where she lives) because it was affordable. I found this doctor, and sent pictures and he communicated that he would be able to do the procedure. I flew to Texas and during the consultation he told me that what I wanted wasn’t possible. I felt since I had already spent money on plane tickets and had my hopes up, that he would at least help minimize the nostrils. As you can see in the pictures my nostrils are now botched. One is round while the other is slanted. My nose looks nothing like I imagined or even wanted.
