He completely changed my nose - it is upturned and piggish

So I went to Dr. Chad Robbins about 6 years ago for a rhinoplasty. I liked my nose, it was long and pretty straight, it just had a bump from the profile view so I wanted to have that removed. I told him I that’s all I wanted to change, that I liked how it looked from the front. We did the 3D image together, which clearly showed the same nose, just with no bump. He completely changed my nose. I have problems and insecurities about my nose that’s I didn’t know existed. My nose is completely upturned, piggish. I have a huge slope from the profile view, my columnElla hangs down way too far and has that “scooped” look. My nostrils look flared all the time and are uneven. The whole nose is lopsided. I have to trim my nose hairs now bc he basically flipped my nose inside out. I contacted him to tell him how I felt about it, a little while later, and he basically took no responsibility and said something along the lines of “I’m sorry you’re unhappy with your result.” He did tell me to come in so we could discuss it, but the thing is, he doesn’t have the skills to fix it. I have tirelessly looked into having my nose lengthened and restored, but there are very few doctors with this skill set, and they charge ridiculously high fees. If I really wanted a quality nose revision, it would cost me around 40k. So I just have to live like this, and dr Robbins can go on with his life having no guilt about maiming people. He may be good at boob jobs, but I warn people about going to him for detailed, precision work.
