Botched Nose

I got my nose done with this doctor in 2015. I had a large nose, deviated septum, bulbous tip. I just wanted a smaller, straight nose. Right now I wish I could go back & not have done it. I had surgery with him at 6 or 7 am. After a couple hours I was done. Went back to the hotel because I came from Northern CA. I was bleeding from my nose nonstop, stupid me I assumed that was normal until I facetimed my sister who said that was not & to call the doctor. I called & emailed the doctor. He got back to me in about 30mins & told me to buy afrin nasal spray & use it. I went to Walgreen with my bloody nose & got the spray. It worked. That should've been my first warning sign. A week later when I saw the doc again, he revealed my nose, it wasn't what I expected or wanted. Still big, especially wider, tip still bulbous, deviated septum is the only thing that looks fixed. Also, my nose is now obviously slanted, when he put the cast on my nose after surgery I noticed it was put on sloppy & slanted. This should've raised another flag. He told me to come back in a month to take after pictures & told me the swelling will go down by then, it did, but overall still looks big. ABOVE ALL of this, my biggest concern is not the appearance but the function of my nose! I have extreme sensitivity & awful pain on my nose! From the very top of my bridge down to the tip where its most sensitive & its been 4 years, every single day! I have not healed at all! I am super scared & have panic attacks thinking about it! I messaged him about this last year after waiting years thinking it will miraculously heal somehow. He just emailed me back to see him in person. That's it. I have been googling searching for answers, but found nothing! This is extremely rare! The tip of my nose hurts even with the slightest touch, especially in an upward motion. I can't kiss because anything that touches my nose slightly is excruciatingly painful! When I scrunch my nose, it feels super weird & very tight down the bridge, I don't know if there are spreader grafts in there? I would definitely say I have a botched nose & desperately NEED a revision asap! I will never go back to this doctor & I'm too nervous to get another nose job! Right now, I am just living with the pain!
