Botched - it ended up drooping and the columella is lopsided

Went to Dr. Rohrich because of his credentials and experience. I have had not ONE but TWO rhinoplasty's with him so shame on me. He did the photo imaging and said it would look better than the image.I was so excited and trusted him...WRONG, it ended up drooping and the columella (the space between your nostrils) is lopsided. He said we can pop in a cartilage graft to correct it. Scheduled ANOTHER surgery with him and nope 2nd surgery was worse than the first one. He didn't do the cartilage graft, my nose is crooked with one collapsed outer nostril and I can't breathe out of one side. He cut my nostrils and I have a large bulb of a tip. It's been over 18 months since my 2nd surgery. I have to tape my nose or use nose vents every night to sleep without mouth breathing. Had to seek other plastic surgeons for advice, now have surgery 3 scheduled so I can breathe again which is more than 3X the cost of surgery 1 because it's more complicated. Please do your research, he's confident and promises the world but DO YOUR HOMEWORK! All he cares about are reviews and how he appears on social media.
