I thought I’d give a quick update here since I have many people reaching out to me with similar issues after Dr. Grigoryants.
I haven’t pursued a revision. Too risky in my opinion. I’ve leaned to live with my new nose.
Nothing really changed since the last update, except for my nose bridge has got bumps on sides again. The asymmetry is still there. The nose tip became a bit smaller probably.

The asymmetry is very visible in motion. Static pictures don’t reflect the whole situation.

Your nose was perfect before. The surgery result is definitely botched, but it is equally puzzling to me why somebody with a literal perfect nose would opt for a rhinoplasty...
Oh, my front view was okay. The profile and 3/4 were very problematic- my nose was over projected with very prominent humps. It wasn't a horrible nose, it was just not complimentary to my tiny face features.
Gotcha. Well I havent gotten a nose job (yet), but I am considering Rady Rahban for primary, he seems like somebody with a lot of integrity. Also may want to talk to this person who has been actively researching revision specialists but on the east coast https://www.realself.com/user/6246574?rseidd0dba1618af51bc8fd5e35ec1090f84f&message_id5e11c075403945768cea8039cc217bd8&utm_campaignC_I_T_Notification_UserSendUserMessage_v1_20200116&utm_sourceIterable&utm_mediumemail
I’m sorry that you’re unhappy with your results, I know how disappointing and frustrating that is. I also went to Grigoryants a few years ago and had a very similar result, but my asymmetries are more pronounced. My nostrils are very uneven and from the right side 3/4 it looks normal-ish but the left side my nostril is flared and it looks like my nose is twisted the wrong direction lol. I try to look at the positives and remember how much I hated the bump I had and how self conscious I was of my side profile, but it’s still a lot of time, money, and emotion to invest in something that you feel didn’t meet expectations. I hope your recovery has been going well, and try to remember that the flaws you notice in yourself almost always go unnoticed by everyone around you.
