Botched

Sorry to have to say that i was left witj more issues than i could have imagined. Had a primary rhinoplasty in 2021, ths swelling sustained through the first 2-3 years on and off making the appearance of my nose look smooth and contoured. However now that time has passed and i am fully healed i am left with mid vault collapse, crooked nose, very asymmetrical nostrils, dents and indentations and saddle nose. I am definitely going to need a revision as he over resected my nose. I had full confidence in him after my consultation and picture simulation but unfortunately the long term results do not match the table nor 3 month post op pictures shared on his IG.
