I regret it

I regret it. Since I was a teenager I thought my nose could look better. I thought it looked bulbous and wanted it slightly slimmer. I spent years looking at cosmetic surgeons and fell in love with Dr. Ghavami’s instagram. As others have mentioned he barely spent any time with me during the consult. He convinced me he could easily give me the results I was looking for even with my inspo pictures. I only saw him one more time after the surgery and he was very rushed. Immediately after the surgery one nostril was noticeably smaller and overall it looked the same. I felt defeated, but I told myself it would look better after the year mark. Sadly, the nostril never changed, my nose now leans towards the left, and a piece of cartilage points out on the left side. It makes me wonder if his resident performed the procedure on the left side. Other than those three things my nose looks the same… except worse. I used to like my smile and now my nose looks distorted. It gives Micheal Jackson vibes. I threw away $26,000 and that’s not including plane tickets, hotel, Uber rides, rental car, and groceries for two weeks in CA. I’m afraid to get a revision because I can’t handle getting botched again or looking even worse.
