Hagen has been very informative about the Rhinoplasty procedure and he as well as all the staff at Bella Vou have been extremely kind and supportive throughout my experience. They go all out to ensure I am as comfortable as possible and even sent me home with a goody bag after my surgery.
My surgery went extremely well. Usually after anaesthesia, I feel awful and groggy but after this op, I felt amazing. I’m not sure what they are doing differently to the NHS but it was a much better experience than I’ve ever had before.
The follow ups have been highly informative and relaxing. They have called to check in a couple times and even sent a beautiful bouquet of flowers whilst I was recovering. I could not fault this clinic and would recommend to anyone looking to have treatment!
