I Had a Very Bad Experience

My experience with Dr. Fatih Evcimik was very disappointing. I had a revision surgery with him for 4,500, and the result was useless — I still have a bump on my right nostril, the tip of my nose droops, and now my nose cracks when I press on the left side.
The doctor never informed me before the operation that I had thick skin. He only told me afterward, once the result had failed, saying that I had “expectations that were too high.” I find this unacceptable because I should have been made aware of this important detail before the surgery.
I also had a bad experience with his assistant, who clearly lacks professionalism, empathy, and kindness. On the day of my examinations at the clinic, she rushed me to sign documents without even giving me time to read them. And later, through messages, she even complained about her heavy workload, as if I should sympathize with her situation. This kind of attitude is completely inappropriate when dealing with patients.
When I discussed a possible revision, the doctor told me I would only have to pay the anesthesia fees, while his assistant initially said the cost would “not be very high,” only to later tell me that, according to the doctor, I would have to pay €1,200 more.
Honestly, you don’t feel valued or cared for as a patient with this doctor. Everything feels rushed and impersonal, like an assembly line. I know that in Istanbul, procedures are often done this way, but this experience was truly excessive. If I had known, I would never have wasted my time or my money there.
To conclude: if you have thick skin and expect a proper follow-up, this is not the place for you. Don’t go to him — you’ll be disappointed. Avoid!
