Biggest Regret
The biggest regret of my life – physically, emotionally, and financially
I had both rhinoplasty and liposuction with fat transfer done by this surgeon, and I can honestly say it has been the most traumatic and disappointing experience of my life. I was extremely clear during the consultation: I only wanted a subtle correction of my nasal deviation and a very slight dorsal hump shave. Instead, the surgeon drastically altered the structure of my nose, removing too much cartilage and leaving me with an inverted V deformity. My nose is now half the size, unrecognizable, and no longer in harmony with my face. It erased features that were important to my ethnic identity — something I never consented to.
During the consultation, I felt dismissed and unheard. The surgeon came across as arrogant and made inappropriate remarks. Post-op, the experience worsened. His staff were rude and unhelpful. The hospital nurses offered little assistance, and aftercare was nearly nonexistent. Despite multiple attempts to reach out post-surgery, my messages were ignored and communication was cut off on their end.
The liposuction was equally devastating. I specifically asked him not to take fat from certain areas — especially near my ribs and hips — but he did anyway. As a result, my stomach is now full of dimples, wrinkles, and loose skin. The fat removal was uneven, leaving me with severe contour irregularities. The fat transfer results were poor, and I’ll now need expensive revisions.
When I finally spoke out publicly — after having my initial review removed and multiple ignored attempts to get help — the clinic responded not with accountability but with legal threats. They attempted to sue me for defamation, even though I had tried to resolve things privately multiple times.
This entire experience has taken a massive toll on my mental and physical health. I’ve spent thousands trying to correct the damage — traveling interstate for consultations, post-op treatments, and planning for revision surgeries that will likely cost over $60,000. Worst of all, I paid to look worse than I did before.
Please be careful. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

Bad Experience
Horrible experience and horrible results. Dr. vasfi Celik completely disregarded what was discussed in our consultation (about my rhinoplasty and 360 lipo with fat transfer) and operated on my face and body in a way that I did not consent to. He completely violated my trust and body.
