Avoid

Had surgery 4 months ago. Raised concerns of a divet in my bridge early on and was persistently dismissed or made to feel I was making a big deal out of nothing. I went and seen a local ENT to my area. I informed Dr Berkan Arik of their findings that I had an open roof deformity. Doctor Arik told me it was offensive that I went elsewhere. I asked for a refund for my surgery by they declined. Only after confirmation I had insurance company and legal representation assisting me did they admit to an open roof deformity but tried blaming me for the deformity (which is impossible and frankly shows their lack of accountability). Doctor offered to do revision in a year however I wouldn’t trust him with anything now and I need to have reconstructive surgery to repair the negligence of his work.
