Not recommended - my nose is still asymmetrical and looks weird

I had a rhinoplasty with Mr Taimur Shoaib in 2015. It was not a complicated rhinoplasty - I did not like the tip of my nose so I wanted it to be smaller. The operation did not go well as I could not breathe through my right nostril and my nose was asymmetrical. It was agreed that a revision would be completed a year later to correct the asymmetry and breathing issues. Today I am trying to find a surgeon who will agree to a third operation. I received the following estimate today: Perfect symmetry is not achievable with revisions but we can make the nose more beautiful and better functioning .
Revision rhinoplasty with banked rib cartilage starts at 50k for surgeon fee, 5k for facility ( but can vary depending on length of surgery, 2k anesthesia
But she needs a consultation first. My advice is go to the best surgeon available do not put your trust in low level surgeons even if they have won a so called ‘award’ which is why I put my trust in this surgeon at Berkeley Medical. It will cost you more in the long term and mess up your nose. My nose is still asymmetrical and looks weird. People stare at it when I speak to them as the nostril is higher on one side than the other. My nose was symmetrical before the rhinoplasty and I wish I had left it as it was. A costly price to pay and 3 rhinoplasties because I chose a bad surgeon. If he offered to try and fix it, I wouldn’t left him go any where near me again.
