Could Not Have Asked for a Better Experience

I couldn’t be happier with my entire rhinoplasty experience. From the very beginning, the pre-treatment process was so organised, and the clinic itself is incredibly well run. Emails were answered rapidly, every question I had was addressed clearly, and I always felt I could speak to Julian whenever I needed if I had any concerns or nerves.
The operation itself was seamless. The hospital was amazing, and every member of staff made me feel genuinely cared for and reassured throughout. I had been nervous about the recovery timeline, but I experienced minimal bruising and was out walking within a week once my cast was off. Julian and his team were also very clear and informative about what to expect during recovery and when it was safe to return to normal activities, which helped massively.
I honestly can’t recommend Julian enough. He is so kind, attentive, and truly listens to your goals. He’s also very honest about what is realistically attainable, so you go into surgery with the right expectations. He did an amazing job, and I’m so grateful for the entire experience.
